Anne Flottman
Anne has decades of experience in every aspect of Domestic Relations, often called family law. Anne loves this area of practice because she can help people through difficult transitions with not only her legal expertise, but also her own life experiences as a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, teacher, and friend. She believes that doable agreements put families on the path to a more peaceful coexistence, and allow parents and children to start fresh chapters in their lives with less of an emotional and financial toll on everyone.
Anne’s career in family law includes hundreds of cases in every county in Southwest Ohio and many years as a Domestic Relation Court magistrate. Anne is proud to have written hundreds of clearly worded decisions, well-grounded in Ohio law. Anne is a native of Louisville, so of course Derby Day is her favorite holiday. Anne and her husband, Tom, raised their three sons in Mt. Washington, and currently live in the East End. Anne is currently lobbying the family to adopt a dog, and hopes to mediate an agreement soon with all interested parties, including the dog.
