Anne brings decades of experience in family law to her dispute resolution practice.
As a sole practitioner and then a partner at Wood and Lamping, Anne resolved cases on behalf of hundreds of clients through litigation, mediation, and collaborative law. Anne also served as a Domestic Relations Court magistrate for many years, where she heard and decided cases in all aspects of family law. Anne now limits her practice to family law mediation, arbitration, and litigation consultation.
Services
Mediation
Many family issues can be resolved with the help of a neutral third party. Mediation allows people to control their own outcomes and spares them the expense associated with the court system.
Arbitration
When family law issues cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties can agree to private arbitration. In arbitration, a private judge hears the dispute and issues a ruling that can be either binding or non-binding.
Litigation Consultation
Prior to trying a case, attorneys and/or parties can consult with Anne on possible outcomes, potential resolutions, and case presentation and strategy.
